Customer background:
The computer company founded by Nolan Bushnell in 1972 is an early pioneer of arcades, home video game consoles and home computers. It is a game console brand as famous as Nintendo in Japan at the same time. This Atari VCs is produced by Feixu Electronics (Suzhou). Feixu is one of the top 20 professional electronic manufacturing service providers in the world. Headquartered in Paris, France, it is lucky to be the designated antenna supplier of yadali.

Business requirements:
Indoor WIFI uses hotspot signals, which have low attenuation, longer propagation distance, low interference and good stability in the propagation process. The signal receiving and transmitting distance is 50M in diameter and other requirements. Antennas will be synchronized in the initial stage of terminal product design.
Challenges: To achieve low attenuation, longer propagation distance, less interference and good stability in the propagation process, while meeting these requirements ultimately increased the difficulty of the engineer's design.

Problem Description:
WIFI 2.4g, advantages: low frequency, small attenuation in the transmission process, the transmission distance is longer; Disadvantages: Narrow frequency band, due to the sharing of 2.4g band with other equipment, easy to be interfered. WIFI5G, advantages: wide frequency band, small interference, good stability; Disadvantages: high frequency, propagation process attenuation, large coverage.

Solution:
1. The wiFI2.4g antenna is adjusted to WIFI 2.4g /WIFI 5G dual frequency to solve the shortcomings of single low frequency and single high frequency after discussion with Atari product design engineer and reached an agreement.
2. The terminal product synchronously replaces the single low-frequency 2.4g transmitting and receiving module chip with the dual-frequency transmitting and receiving module chip.
3. The customer shall provide the original product model (including shell and finished circuit board), circuit diagrams of all circuit boards, mechanical assembly drawings and materials of plastic shell.
4. Based on the above materials, the engineers conduct antenna simulation and design antenna according to the actual environment.
5. Determine the position of the antenna and the space given by the structural engineer. For this purpose, we define the antenna size as 31.5 MM in length * 10.7MM in width.
6. The use of engraving machine allows engineers to greatly shorten the development time, successfully complete the delivery of antenna samples within one week, up to 5.8dB gain and 77% efficiency, to meet all the needs of customers.

Economic benefits:
The customer successfully introduced the product to the market, and 100,000 units have been sold.
