The challenge:

Problem Description:
The customer can provide a space size of 250* 250MM for placing antennas. At the same time, 17 antennas (5 2.4-2.5g, 8 4.9-6g and 4 5.925-7.125) should be placed in this space. Standing wave of all antennas is less than 2, gain is higher than 4DB and efficiency is higher than 60%. The isolation degree is higher than 20%, and the small space represents the interference between antennas before. Engineers play a crucial role in the debugging results of the isolation degree.

Solution:
1. The customer shall provide the original product model (including shell and finished circuit board), circuit diagrams of all circuit boards, mechanical assembly drawings and materials of plastic shell.
2. According to the above materials, the engineers conduct antenna simulation and design antenna according to the actual environment.
3. The location of the antenna and the space given by the structural engineer. For this purpose, the size of the aluminum alloy substrate of the antenna is defined as 240* 220MM in length and 17 antennas are evenly distributed.
The 17 antennas are fixed on the substrate with rivets and copper vibrator structure.
5. The final antenna sample is tested and accepted by the customer.
